It's OK to walk away...

Self-isolation is hard for people to do.

Being with the same people is hard to do.

When you feel upset or angry

remember it is ok to....

1. Walk away to another room

2. Go to the back yard for some fresh air

3. Text a friend

4. Call your settlement worker

5. Write in your journal

You are not the only one.

Everyone feels like you do at some time during the day.


Things are going to get better.

One day at a time.

Think about the picture and text or email me your thoughts.

Remember to take it easy.....relax.....breathe.
